I believe that's called a pincer or encirclement but lately Russians have been calling it a cauldron because you don't want to be inside it.

#4 ^ I don't know of any other source for any kind of news at all on how this war is going. Yes, almost all of it is either Ukrainian or Russian propaganda but when you compare the two of them you can kinda sorta get the gist. It doesn't seem to be going well for Ukraine but I wonder if Putin needs to step up the pace before NATO gets any deeper into it than they already are.

#5 It is hard to find news of the Ukr-Rus war that isn't just cheering for one side or the other. IMHO, badanov does a good job of coming up with interesting tidbits.

Long story short, Ukraine is getting ground down, running out of equipment and more importantly, bodies. NATO will soon be faced with the choice of doubling down or finding another regional war of interest. I hear Africa is nice this time of year.
