At the same time, the rebels added that they would continue to continue their military operations, interfering with the navigation of Israeli ships in the Red Sea, Arabian Sea and Indian Ocean.
As Regnum reported, the Houthis from the Ansar Allah movement carried out several attacks on the commercial ships Maersk Yorktown and MSC Veracruz, which belong to the United States and Israel. An American destroyer was attacked again. This was stated by the military representative of the movement, Yahya Saria, assuring that the missiles and drones successfully reached their targets.
At the same time, the Central Command of the American Armed Forces (CENTCOM) later stated that the ships and ships of Israel and the United States were not damaged in the attack in the Gulf of Aden. A single anti-ship missile launched by the Houthis was successfully shot down.
